Kelly Davis serves as the Senior Civil Rights Specialist in the Office of Civil Rights Compliance at Mississippi State University. In this role, she helps administer university policies and procedures related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, sexual misconduct, and other civil rights matters. She works collaboratively with students, employees, and campus partners to promote a fair, equitable, and respectful campus environment. In addition to supporting compliance efforts and case management, she develops and delivers training programs for university members.
Kelly has an extensive background in investigations, education, mentoring, training, and community engagement. She enjoys supporting student and employee success, building meaningful partnerships, and contributing to initiatives that strengthen the university community. Kelly is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology at Mississippi State University, where her research focuses on mentoring and student development. She previously earned both a Master of Science in Educational Psychology and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Mississippi State University.
